About the Artist

Rush Clement was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, and now resides in Portland, Michigan, where he operates a small gallery, custom framing shop, and art studio. He has worked as a professional artist since 1991.

 

Rush specializes in portraiture using charcoal, pencil, or oils. He has painted and sketched portraits for a number of clients throughout Michigan. Other commissions have included pet portraits, murals, landscapes, and full-color oil paintings from black-and-white photographs.
